“There is no other time in life when the food we eat can make a greater impact”
You don’t have time to research the latest nutrition trends and every time you read an article it seems to tell you something different about how you should be eating.
As a busy mom or mom-to-be, you need someone to navigate through the noise for you. You need someone to create a clear and achievable plan that fits your life.
There is no other time in life when the food we eat can make a greater impact. It’s laying the foundation to grow a tiny human after all. A beautiful, transformative time yes, but oh so tough.
As a mom, I know firsthand the challenges of the prenatal and postpartum stages of life.
As a mom or mom-to-be, you feel judged about every decision you make. You don’t need someone criticizing your food choices or shaming your weight.
Let me be your support system, cheering on your small victories and ready to listen to your struggles with empathy and compassion.
No two pregnancies or postpartum experiences are identical, which is why I don’t offer cookie-cutter advice.
Using my clinical nutrition expertise, we work together to create a comprehensive personalized care-plan that fits your lifestyle.
No counting calories, detoxes, diet pills, or cleanses. We focus on real food with strategies that work for you.

I’m Alexandra and I’d love to help you.
I live in Maplewood, New Jersey with my husband Chris, our sweet baby Adelaide, and Winston the cat.
Prior to opening my own practice, I worked as a clinical and research dietitian in New York City specializing in women’s health.
I was raised in Maryland and still love returning for crab cakes and football games. These are a few of my favorite things–peanut butter, traveling, botanical gardens, holidays, and ice cream.
