As a mom, I know firsthand the challenges of the prenatal and postpartum stages of life and all of the food and body image struggles it can bring up and that it’s possible to find a way through.

I’m Alexandra and I’d love to help you.
I live in South Orange, New Jersey with my husband Chris, our three wonderful children, and Winston the cat.
Prior to opening my own practice, I worked as a clinical and research dietitian in New York City specializing in women’s health.
I was raised in Maryland and still love returning for crab cakes. These are a few of my favorite things–peanut butter, traveling, botanical gardens, holidays, and ice cream.
